The fact is he does not only plan but has strategy that guarantee 85% of winning. What also worked for him is that he has made people and was able to convince the northern governors in APC to work for him in their respective states. If actually the election was rigged, how come he lost Kano, Lagos, Osun, Katsina, and some other states? I don't subscribe to the opinion that the election was rigged but Tinubu capitalized on the division in PDP to his own advantage
