They will take money from you
Delay you for months without reasonable explanation and then at the end of the day seize your passports to try to blackmail you with it.
Just had a terrible experience with them and still struggling to get back my passports, please be really careful guys.

Cuba visa
which he claimed would take 2 weeks to process, even showed me alot of videos of recently gotten Cuba visas then not knowing it's all part of the scam it's been over 4 months now with no results and he has refused to release passports putting up different cock and bull stories everyday.
No Proof or evidence of any application or documentation done.
No visa has been gotten so far
No refund of initial deposit and to make matters worse he has refused to return our passports.

This has now become a case of passport theft.

Response from Diyeto Travel & Tours Limited Rejoinder for Blackmail and Character Assasination.

The Said Moses was never known to us but his Agent who deposited passport for Cuba Visa and upon which Visa was not granted and passport was returned.

Visa was processed as Non Appearance and the said moses haven given out a passport still went ahead to procure an evisa of another country upon targeting a date as promised for the Cuba approval. Unfortunately there was an extended date by our Cuba and consular contact which now made Moses become furious and demanded his passport be returned within 24hrs which was almost impossible.

However after the promise extended date and Visa was still not granted. We requested from the contact to returned all clients passport and their deposit of N50,000 which the applicant said he is not interested in the deposit but his passport.

Evidence of request of account from his agent can be provided and non was given because he said he understands documentation has also been procure but unfortunately the Visa was not granted.

In the light of this circumstances it is absolutely Wicked, and laughable that same applicant would write negative comments just to indict or massage his selfish elgow to achieve what he alone can explain.

We are a registered company with an office address. We are not perfect but we strive to work towards ensuring that all out clients are satisfied and issues resolves in the interest of peace and harmony for a good customer friendly environment.

We therefore owe it as a responsible company with integrity to set the records straight to the public and anyone who might have read this to our negative interpretation about us.

The agent to the said Moses has since apologise to us and told us she will communicate to his client to take down this post haven returned back his client passport as promised.

We hope this help to set the record straight and believe Moses should act responsibly by taking this negative post down soonest
