Each local government should invest in waste manage management it shouldn’t be state affairs alone

No one should be allowed to throw dirt at middle road

Why are Nigerians like this

Private investors should be allowed

No one should be allowed not to use government or private waste comp so it’s compulsory
I agree I always say this every house, office should be mandated to pay compulsory waste management fees annually, that's the only way to make Nigeria clean.

"Disengaged with immediate effect....." Most likely related to one abuse of office or official corruption. In civil service, you are requested to proceed on terminal or retirement leave.

This position is not civil service, it's based on appointment which usually have a duration of 4 years

that is the end of tenure or he shouldn't go when his tenure expires

Lawman performance under sanwo olu is not encouraging

In three weeks, they will show up just once at my area

The standard of lawman drop after fashola left
The worse part is we weren't paying during fashola's era, today they keep increasing the bills they bring to us. The last one was 14k. Can you imagine?

According to a letter addressed to the Lagos Waste Management Authority CEO by the Ministry of Environment, Mr. Ibrahim Odunbomi is asked to step down as Head of LAWMA with immediate effect.

Most (if not all) of our job/career security is based on government decisions…
Some are more directly affected than others, but ultimately the entire economy is.

Time for the LASG to sack all heads of service that did not contribute much in the last election and appoint those that made huge contribution as heads of service. Appointment base on reward for loyalty, equals appointing incompetent people.
rubbish. So contribution to election and loyalty as a civil servant is more important than performing for the betterment of your society.

I agree with you but I feel for those directly affected like the service chiefs recently retired, the IG, EFCC boss, NSA, Controller-General of Customs , Immigration, Prison, and all MDAs.

Good !
LAWMA under Sanwo-Olu administration is nothing to write home about.
In a month,LAWMA comes to one's compound or office once or twice a month.
When they come ,their attitude is very appalling.
Good riddance to the head of LAWMA

Was Nigeria tax percentage to other countries some pay 45 percent of total income
No Nigerian pay tax worth 15 percent of his income
