My advise for Tinubu, is to stay out of whatever is going on in the SE, because the people of SE themselves have not come to terms with the fact that they have a problem, they are still in denial.

When you talk about UGM, IPOB and other groups causing mayhem in the SE, the Igbos try to downplay it, and sometimes blame the DSS, Herdsmen, FG and everyone else except themselves. So, I think they should be left alone to enjoy their region as is.
