Were they displaying their ware haphazardly?

Go to Nnamdi Azikwe road, Ereko in lagos Island. You will how those idiots are selling on the road. You cannot drive or walk freely.

In Paris, London, Tokyo, there are some streets that a dedicated for trading. But they are given time to sell there.
Thank you that means the government should regulate Thier activities instead of taking food out of Thier mouth

The poor will vote for their leaders who pay them back by oppressing them. What has government ever done for the poor?

They are starting off on a wrong footing. I think they should first start by clamping down on residential buildings with shops attached indiscriminately in front of the houses, then they can proceed to the above as appropriate and they should as well ensure a proper sensitization awareness is carried out so as to not catch the street traders unawares.

Meh. Stupidity. Never going to work in a country like Nigeria. I 100% bet next time I am in my Local Government Oshodi-Isolo all these will be going on without a fear of prosecution. LOL.

Note: Interesting enough our 36 States of Nigeria have way more autonomy than the 50 States of USA, heck over there the States are at loggerhead with the Federal Government over the Federal EPA agency no such thing here same with the Tourism which is devolved here thanks to Supreme Court of Nigeria ruling and the states' directly-ruled LCDAs. At this point, Nigeria is feeling more like a "Confederation" in everything except name because all 36 states are almost sovereign.
