PO had the opportunity to do that in Anambra state but what did hr do transportationwise?. In developed countries it is mostly the local and possibly state government that will be involved in transportation of this sort. So, we don't need PO to be president before something like this is done. For instance Lagos has started with metroline traib and electric buses.
