When will efcc be serious in tracking down all these politicians that have turned the country upside down.
Is it only yahoo boys that should be chased up and down?

The Supreme Court has held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) does not have the powers to prosecute offenses that are not corruption cases and that the only corruption cases it can investigate are cases involving the movement of cash from Nigeria to foreign countries and corruption cases involving federal finances, being a creation of federal law.

EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria", or "corruption cases involving federal finances".

Leave the boys alone. Nigeria will see something more terrible if they continue to harass and humiliate boys like this. How can a country that didn't create job or enabling environment for youths to thrive now keep on arresting and stealing from youths who paid a price for their money
Re: EFCC Arrests 12 Internet Fraudsters In Abuja by bigcasava1(m): 6:38pm On Jul 11, 2023
Is this what efcc was established? To disturb Nigeria youths while inec chairman, bullion van, and political criminals are moving freely? This is what we called misplacement of priority

These people can't stop measuring high in Drug trafficking, armed rubbery, prostitution, yahoo, cannibalism and now terrorism. Armed robbery was the majored valued norm amongst them before they added the other ones.
Let wait and see their people coming to their defense soon just like they did recently when one of their little daughter was caught for forging Jamb result.
Ndi "developers" can go to any extent to get rich.

Over 20 youths were killed by Islamic terrorists in Benue state just a few days ago, we did not hear anything from police. But these people are quick to react when they hear Yahoo boys.

It means Yahoo boys are more of a threat to Nigeria peace than Boko Haram, ISWAP, bandits and Fulani herdsmen combined.

This is good work by EFCC if they can actually see the whole prosecution process thru without scuttling it themselves by asking for settlement.

If people can use their brains, time and resources to do Yahoo, why can't they channel that same energy into doing something legal?
