The emir should know Nigeria is a secular state and also the world is also a secular world as God himself permits multiple religion to exist and also teaches us to respect people's choice of religion.

Ilorin is the capital of kwara state been dominated by yorubas who are Muslims.

The ratio of people religion in ilorin is 65% Muslims, 35% Christians and 5% traditionalist.

What happened in ilorin was only the emir telling the traditionalist not to hold there ceremony.

Only few yorubas today are traditionalist infact most people who practice don't really come openly to do it anymore cos of the stigma of using juju.

Can the emir tell yorubas who are Christians in ilorin not to hold crusade or vigils??

From airport, Taiwo isale,Taiwo oke ,a division ,post office, tankai, asa dam, offa garage etc there are many churches operating freely without any disturbance.

The popular COZA church started from ilorin, winners have big mega churches in ilorin.

It just so funny how people who know nothing about ilorin will come to be saying rubbish that yorubas are been asked to leave ilorin....like WTF??

We yorubas have actually dropped anything idolatry that why it was easy for the emir to stop the woman cos Islam is dominant there....in other part of kwara which are offa, omu aran, edu etc traditionalist are free to do there ceremony without anyone really caring......so it as nothing to do with tribe.

Ilorin isn't kwara state.....it is just a city in kwara.

I no alot of the people pushing this talk of emir asking yoruba to leave ilorin are actually primary school drop out serving there oga in 2/2 shops.

Ilorin belongs to the youbas and at no point can anyone ask a yoruba person to leave ilorin.

The emir only frown at idolatry and most of us agree to that.

With this I hope the foolish wailings about the emir not allowing idolatry in ilorin been twisted to him asking yorubas to leave ilorin will stop by the nincompoops pushing it here on NL.
