Tenders are required from suitable, technically, and financially competent building construction companies to undertake the construction of 500 units of 5-bedroom and 3-bedroom detach houses (DH) and detach bungalows (DB) on a fixed-cost contract basis with reserved costs of N65m and N25m respectively, for an Oil and Gas Company in Delta State, Nigeria.
The contract will be fully funded by the client. The contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond or Advanced Payment Guarantee (APG) from his bank to cover the 40% mobilization for the number of units tendered for.
A processing fee is payable upon award of contract for the 5-bedroom DH and 3-bedroom DB to cover design consultancy, planning approvals, and other processing costs in the sum of N2m & N1m per unit DH/DB respectively, after which the full technical pack will be delivered to the contractor for processing the APG.
The 40% mobilization will be processed upon activation of the APG from your bank.
