A federal high court ruled that his extradition did not follow international and Nigerian law.

At no time has Kanu been acquitted.

He is still battling a criminal case in a federal high court before he skipped bail and was hunted and brought back by the Nigerian authorities.

I repeat : No court has discharged and acquitted Kanu.

The federal high court ruling declared his redention back to Nigeria via extra-judiciary means as unlawful and that he (Kanu) should be returned back to Kenya and the FG should follow due process and gave him extradited following international law.

That’s Nigeria cup of tea. All igbos know is that so far the government is holding nnamdi there will be continued sit at home episodes in the entire south east.

No revenue for both the government and its citizens on those days. It’s a sacrifice they are willing to pay to ensure that whatever is happening, has been happening or will happen in southern kaduna, benue, plateau and other bandit ridden states never gets replicated in the south east.

They will rather jejely sit at home hungry or otherwise than surrender their farm and ancestral lands to murderous jihad bandits under no guise or circumstance.

Sit at home for a month is the next move.

You obviously don't know what you are saying

You cant break a law to enforce a law

The process of arresting kanu was a crime so can't be prosecuted for what ever crime he was arrested for

It's simple law but you obviously don't know how to read n understand

Story.

He had a pending case in court .

He isn't being tried on jumping bail .

And FYI, it was Kanu that dragged the FG to court for wrongful extradition.

The court only ruled that his rendition was illegal and that he should be repartraired back to Kenya .

The court did not rule for discontinuous of his already pending case.
