Who should be more spiritual, the man or the woman?

Is this supposed to be a question?

It's the Man of course.

The man is the head of the house.
That doesn't mean the woman shouldn't pray.

The woman is, as she is "supposed" to be the one to raise the children.

When you die from not been serious with your spiritual life... your better half will marry another.

I think you may mean who is given more responsibilty in nurturing a Godly family. While both the man and the woman are to have strong, individual and personal relationships with the Lord Jesus--it is extremely clear-- that the Lord expects a Godly man (notice I said "Godly" to lead his family in the fear and admonition of Him.
There is no greater decision than one can make other than 1st surrendering to the Lord, than 2. choosing a spouse. It is almost akin to a life or death situation--- if not physically, definitely spiritually.
A "sold-out" to Christ, truly surrendered, humble and prayerful, Godly man would have "0" issue leading a Godly family. The wife more times than not, would have no problem allowing the Godly husband to prayerfully lead, because she would trust in him having a sincere relationship with the Lord. The God ordained husband and God ordained wife are equally surrendered to God (both equally spirtually yoked) and function appropriately in their God ordained roles...

3 "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."

8 "For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man."

9 "Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man."

Genesis 2:18-24 (KJV) also details the creation of the man first and then his need for a helper suitable for him.

Genesis 3:1-24 (KJV)---specifically vs 9, details the major responsibility and accountabilty expected first (by the man--from God) when the couple sinned.
