Loan Officer needed at Fina Microfinance Bank


Job title: Loan Officer

Location: Lagos

Salary range: N60, 000-N100,000



Responsibilities:

-Prospection and evaluation of the Client

-Verification of prospective clients' and guarantors' houses and businesses.

-Evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and loan documents for the credit committee.

-Analyse financial data of clients’ businesses.

-Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client business and household.

-Complete all loan contracts and enlighten clients on banks' policies and restrictions.

-Disbursement target for each month must be achieved.

-Pre-disbursement and Post disbursement follow-up must be ensured to detect early cash diversion from clients.

-All funds disbursed must be fully recovered.

-Ensure that Portfolio At Risk (PAR) is always at low as possible.


Secondary Responsibilities:

-Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services to accommodate quotas.

-Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans.

-Build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
Operate in compliance with the bank’s laws and regulations.

-Strict adherence to lending compliance guidelines.
