For most folks, there's very little hopes out here by way of employment opportunities fresh out of school. What do you do in a man-know-man world like Nigeria when you don't have 'long-legs",

This video offers a few practical but controversial counsel like:

-Take up the very first job offer regardless of how crappy or blue collar it is.

In addition, they're advised on how to go about managing the transition from that first crappy, low-paying job into the career of their dreams. The advice is practical, easy to apply but requires a lot of patience, humility and a brutal reality check about employment opportunities in today's job market.

I hope you find something useful in the video, and all the best with your job search.

Great advice. Practical. But they left out the part that you might need to relocate for work. No matter how willing you are to take up the lowest jobs, some places don't just have them available e.g. Yakurr in cross river state. It is a civil service state. Unless you want to be the village headmaster or you want to be the tailor 's apprentice, the roles are not just there.

Other than that, there's very sound information in the video. Thanks for sharing
