Good evening nairalanders!!

I borrowed little amount of money from one of the loan Apps few weeks ago and I think repayment should be from few days from now,so today they called me probably to remind me of my repayment but when the call came in
My truecaller identify the number as scammer and I don't know why their number is being identify as scammer.
Please do you have any clue?

Many people who flagged them as scammers are people who don't want to pay back the money. The frequent calls also gets flagged as scammers. If you have the money to pay back, it's best to do so.

How is their number flagged? And
how possible that truecaller can identify the number as scammer?

Understand what I'm saying. True caller flags it as scam only because users of the app have reported such numbers as belonging to scammers. True caller will not call a number scam on its own. It must be reported by users of the app.

Not just the loan app numbers even dstv, spectranet whenever they call me Truecaller flag them as scammer.
