Obviously we can now agree that the whole Dangote refinery thing was a scam just like the Nigerian Air. As my cousin that work there said, that refinery is not going to be ready until 2025/2026 depending on if he gets funds from international lenders. 3 Likes |

The refinery that they have not constructed the rail way line for train that we carry the crude oil to the refinery and some other major thing Buhari just commissioned for commission sake |

Dangote should have started with modular refineries - something he could finish in record time - and spread them across the country. Instead, he preferred to start an elephant project whose completion date remains a mirage. In short, allowing Buhari to commission an uncompleted project is a dent on his image - that's if he cares about reputation. 1 Like |
