A Transmission company is different from a distribution company, if you like don’t pay your local electricity bill in those countries.

It surprises me how you can give what you don't have. The last time I checked, Togolese enjoy stable electricity than Nigerians.

Early 2017, when I escorted my friend to buy goods in Togo, I was amazed at what I saw, power hardly goes off in Togo ( not that they don't have power outages oo, but they hardly do), I spent 2weeks without power going off. But in the case of Nigeria, you don even see the light talk more of taking it.

Nigeria has a long way to go, it just gat to start with our thinking.

This was the agreement reached on the ECOWAS accord in the early 80s' that benefited all Parties involved. Building Dams across the Niger will cease the flow of water to power the Kanji dam, and in sometimes during the rainy season may over flood it...Which ofcourse Nigeria wouldn't want so they had to reach an agreement with these countries to pay us a fraction of the power cost supplied to their countries.
This is for the benefit of all otherwise what is happening with Ethiopia and Egypt about the Aswan Dam might play out.
