The same God that helped David Solomon and Hezekiah of old will help to fulfill all these laudable plans in Jesus name.

Nope, not same thing. Concession on production of crude oil for local use is not subsidy as no direct cash is injected in order to make it happen. The opex will be recovered from selling the refined products at a normal price for local consumption. They can even take it further by refining for regional consumption where they can make all the profits they want.

Crude oil is usually sold at a discount. There's however a point when a concession goes too far that it can be termed either mercantile, protectionist, counterproductive and wasteful or all of the four.

The fuel subsidy had for decades been counterproductive and wasteful. As at May, it was cheaper to buy petrol than the crude oil used to produce it, and that was even using using the unrealistic 461 exchange rate.

That so called selling at a "normal price" for local consumption again is a disguised and unaffordable subsidy. The economy can no longer afford such excessive "concessions", hence the abolition of it.

The so called normal price is the heavily subsidized petrol price you want retained which the government can no longer afford and has tipped the country close to bankruptcy.

Buhari's government called it "under recovery" to disguise this ruse as shame no gree PMB say subsidy exist. You call it "normal price." A decorated donkey is still a donkey.

Govnor dapo abiodun sir; complete the atan to agbara road project first, if not it's transport alone that will collect this 10k from the people you are giving this palliative, let's not even talk about other things, because this can't even feed a bachelor for 15days let alone a month.
