Nobody is contesting the fact Tinubu won Popular vote because the system is corrupt. Obi is not challenging only the result but also the process. If the process is wrong then the result cannot stand.

Both Obi and Atiku are not scared because Tinubu would win another rerun so they want him disqualified. They know Tinubu will rig it again. Since Tinubu has admitted to forfeit $460k narcotic and money laundering charges, he has to be disqualified.

Mere words and sentiments do not win court case. Oga Atiku should have cited where an unregistered civil forfeiture case in our jurisprudence, that took place 30 years is acted upon by the courts. It's like him being born in Jada prior to it being part of Nigeria is now acted upon. In that case can a Cameroonian become the president of Nigeria? Or can a man not properly sponsored by a political party become the president of Nigeria?

Do this people actually think the courts will grant them a rerun?
That's another cost that I'm sure is not on inecs budget
You are clearly not speaking for the INEC, because they had said the had plan in place for a possible rerun.

Atiku is just as senseless as Peter Obi. He claimed he win the election but failed to show the court how he won the election. He has now reduced his case to disqualifying Tinubu without making any attempt to prove how he won the election.

All this noise about forfeiture is nothing but empty noise. No court in the world will disqualify a candidate over a non-conviction forfeiture where there was no trial, indictment, guilty sentence and conviction. More bizarre is the fact that the forfeiture happened 30 years ago. Even in cases where there are clearly passed criminal convictions, the convict is barred for 10 years after which he can vote and be voted for.

Tinubu will not be disqualified because he’s 100% qualified. He will rule as president till 2037 at the first instance.

Read what you wrote up there again, or let your children read it for you and see if that makes any sense. No indictment, no charge, no trial and someone can just be called up and asked to forfeit his asset? It doesn't happen in a banana republic.

The argument based on this premise is full of holes and will not stand. If the original prosecuting county was not able to initiate a criminal sentence against the president then, how can such argument cause the tribunal to deliver a sentence in favour of the plaintiff?

What of Atiku that was declared second winner? You think any court exist anywhere in the world that can remove Tinubu and jumped over Atiku to declare Obi the president? Sorry to break it to you, Obi's chance is non-existence as far as 2023 presidential position is concern but Atiku can have a rerun that may eventually favour him because even if Abuja 25% is a must, Tinubu and Atiku will be the only candidates who could be lined up for rerun.

We are enjoying sit-at-home. Are we complaining? Is either Nigeria allow we biafrans to go in peace or Nigerians go in pieces with the nuclear bomb a young Igbo Biafran is building in Russia

The moment the Court finally up hold Tinubu's victory is the last time anybody has the right to assert that Tinubu's victory at the polls and him being in President is illegal. Any insinuations afterwards will face legal penalties.

Lol. It is what it is. Provide evidence of the trial of Tinubu in any court. Provide evidence of the indictment or criminal conviction.

Read about non-conviction forfeiture and stop embarrassing yourself. If you violate traffic offense and get fined by VIO or FRSC, it is a non-conviction fine because you were not convicted of any criminal offense. You won’t lose your right to vote or be voted for simply because you paid a fine to FRSC. Paying a fine or forfeiture doesn’t have to be from a criminal conviction.

Below is the official position of the US government on the case. The same US government that gave the forfeiture order. Show it to your children and beg them to explain the implication to you. I’m sure they can read and comprehend better than you.

I laugh at you seriously. You are pasting a 2003 purported document , obviously you are not up to date on the matter in focus. Even the APC hierarchy and their counsel are sweating on how to defend the obvious fact Tinubu forfeited ( not fined as you put) so much money in hard currency. You are here blabbing, who do you think you are talking to. It is only ignorant folks you can intimidate, brother.
