I'm just curious. Did d Ekpa boys need to ambush the commissioner on what grounds or was the commissioner attacked by aggrieved members of the market? Alex Otti is working hard in Abia but some people are aggrieved with some of his policies, especially with regards to what's going on in the markets. Just curious.
