What has the democracy done for you?
NSNO:

So you think it's lack of firing squad that's reason for the increase in crime? 🤔
That's a pure lie.

Nigeria does not need a military dictator, we deserve democracy.

Military is now needed.

There is no law and order any more in this country.

What have u gained since the adventure of agbada politics?

They all steal at random without fear knowing that there is room for negotiation(plea bargain) but during the military they were not like that.

No kidnapping,no bokoharam, no bandits,no yahoo boys especially the ritual ones.

Just forget it,Nigeria needs cleansing honestly.
You don't want a military regime. Many of you woke niggas would be cooling off in various guard rooms across the country indefinitely that's if you're not shot under mysterious circumstances

If u have had a brother that was kidnapped and eventually killed u won't say all this.

Ever since they stopped firing squad in this country, just look at how bad Nigeria has turned.

I,personally witnessed babangida and Abacha and i think, they were not as bad and insensiitive as these recent criminals we now have.

Abacha and his military administrators never owed salaries and pensions...u see these crop of politicians, they are animals.

My dear, you are saying the truth.
It was since we got democracy, that kidnapping became a serious business in Nigeria. People selling human parts all over Nigeria.
What fits Nigeria is millitary, at least, all these unknown gunmen would have been known.
Tell me what we are benefiting now, except during the time of Obasanjo and Goodluck.
Look at how Nigeria is now, insecurity everywere, they kidnap people as if lives don't matter anymore.
The more money you have, the more scared you become in this country, because you will be target of kidnappers.

The small freedom to talk you are enjoying now will be curtailed. That time, if you do anyhow you will see anyhow.
Lies, Military govern55ment of IBB and Abacha is far better than what we are seeing under Buhari and Tinubu.

The military built all our roads, all our refineries, petrochemical plants and every single national infrastructure that Atiku Abubakar, El-Rufai and the national council on privatization sold off.

The military believes in discipline. Check out any work done by the Army Corps of Engineers. Professional to the core!

High-Powered Nigerian Delegation Arrives in Niamey to Engage with Coup Plotters

In a significant diplomatic move, a high-powered delegation from Nigeria has arrived in Niamey, #Niger capital to engage with the coup plotters amidst the ongoing political crisis. The delegation comprises two former Governors, a Military General, and a Diplomat from Nigeria, aimed at facilitating dialogue and seeking a peaceful resolution to the situation.

The delegation’s arrival marks a crucial step towards fostering diplomatic efforts and mediating discussions between the involved parties. Their presence emphasises #Nigerian concern over the unfolding events in Niger Republic and the shared commitment to finding a resolution through dialogue.

To imagine that this is the Niger Buhari spent millions of taxpayers' money in building infrastructures for them is nauseating.
How can someone leave his burning house to help build another person's house.

Nigeria and Niger have almost everything in common. Therefore reincarnation of Modern Military Government (MMG) in Nigeria, would be a very welcomed development.
No black nation can practice democracy.. We are very corrupt, America should leave us to practice our military government, democracy is too expensive .

I witnessed three military regimes. The corruption by the politicians between 79-83 that led to the Buhari coup is nothing compared to the levels of corruption we have seen since 1999. The levels of corruption of all military regimes from 66 to 98 is nothing compared to the monstrosity going on. That's all I'm going to say

You fools your hatred for someone causes you all to be very toxic. If Niger fails you are doomed because terrorist groups will have free access from the Sahel to Nigeria. It's when you will realize Boko Haram is child's play, you think every country on earth can stand on their own when it comes to security issues? Even the almighty USA, Russia and China uses allies to ensure stability.

Niger must not turn into a failed State because if it does that house you think you are safe writing this nonsense will turn out to be a tress in a middle of a forest been consumed by wild fires.

I dislike APC but will never ever wish Nigeria bad or evil. Let's the delegates succeed in talking sense into those useless coup plotters that have no moral ground. Rather it's done for selfish purpose.

A president that was elected in 2021/2022 is already been removed? On what grounds? You all should use your head and support your COUNTRY.

this is so wrong. Any Igbo person should note that military coups were the worst thing that happened to Igbos. All our problems in Nigeria today including carving Igbo parts into Rivers State and landlocking Igbo all happened by Fulani young soldiers who had no regard for protocol nor respect for igbos.
Simeon Ekpa is better educated than people like Gowon, Buhari and Murtala when they took power. Imagine Ekpa becoming head of state.
Are these the dark days you want igbos to relive again because of APC misadventures in government. If you hate APC now, wait until a random abokí becomes head if state

Freedom
This may not sound like a lot to you but ask those in a military dictatorship and they will tell you how it is.

Even China and Russia that are not even military dictatorships curtail the freedom of their people a lot. Go and see what they do to their activists and people with dissenting opinions.

Or do you think the audacity we have to ridicule politicians here will be tolerated in a military regime.

Am illegitimate government sending a legitimate high power delegate to mediate in other nation's internal affair. Yaho! Yahoo! Coup can't take place in Nigeria because the military is well favoured by the civilian regime, oil bunkering, illegal mining in the name of bandit, white elephant arm purchases. It's well with NIGERIA.

There was no law and order under the military - crime was rampant.

Looting was invented by the military. Back in the first and second republics, politicians stole 10% of contract money. IBB institutionalised corruption and today's politicians learnt from them.

I can give you names of people that have been jailed for corruption since 1999. Give me names of people that were jailed under the military.

419 started in 1991 under the military - so what are you talking about? According to Sgt Rogers, even the government itself (Abacha) was doing ritual killings during the military era.

The problems that lead to the start of kidnapping in Nigeria, the neglect of the Niger Delta, were created by the military.

When I hear folk like you calling for the military, I just shake my head.
