He never acted in isolation. He had President Bubu's approval.

They should not release this man please , he brought hardship to Nigerians and Mr president is trying to clear his mess and they want to release him no no no.

Vote buying by who?

Well I'll answer you with a question and without mentioning anyone's name:
How many politicians in the history of the world have needed bullion vans (that are used by banks) to carry their own personal money??

Alas, we do not live in a lawless land. Today it is Emefieles turn. Tomorrow it could be (God forbid) you. The rule of law must prevail. If they have evidence against him, they should table it before the court.

What evidence is needed against Emefiele in term you quoted the lady?

For currency issue, Emefiele shud suffer for it.. Just currency issue that's all for me

These all points to how corruption is so endemic in this country and how powerful corrupt people are in Nigeria!
Can't believe that a judge that wants Nigeria to move forward will want Emefiele freed and all the atrocities he committed at the CBN including the disastrous currency redesign will be waved behind by just 20 million Naira bail bond! Corruption is really bearing its fangs in Nigeria.
DSS have tried for this country but the corruption infested judiciary sabotaged thee through such ridiculous judgments. Imagine Nnamdi Cownu that jumped bail and fled the country was captured by DSS and returned to the courts, however court gave him another bail! It is only a fool that allows snake to bite him twice.

Nigeria'' even ordinary people don't want to obey court order. Anytime people say nigeria go better'' i just laugh.
Work on urself and forget about this country.
I swear,d problem is not leaders.d people living in Nigeria are mostly animals that are not willing to change their ways.an average Nigerian supports wen court orders are disobeyed if it pleases him

The evidence needed is that which could be used to convict him a court.
Currency issue or that Nigerians suffered is not convictable. Courts do not work with emotions but with facts.
They have to prove with evidence eg he horded the currency which could have lead to breach of public peace.
It is obvious that despite keeping him for a month, they are unable to gather evidence strong enough to charge him, hence the flimsy gun charge.
Police or efcc should have handled the investigation as they are better trained to do so.

Too many fools in this country. Court has granted him bail. DSS should bring their evidence of his crime and let him defend himself in court.

To think that DSS is the American equivalent of the CIA. Them really destroy this country
Wrong. NIA is the equivalence of CIA. Remember that agency whose director had millions of dollars in one of their "apartments" in a luxury service building in Lagos some years back?

The US also have the Secret Service which is the equivalent of DSS.

Agbadorians, Jonathan removed fuel subsidy, Tinubu and his bunch of ignoramus protsted against subsidy removal even though the economy was in a better shape then to absorb the shock.
They are trying to rope Jonathan to the colossal APC failure by all means. One dude even Said he blames Jonathan for allowing Buhari to win the 2015 election. That GEJ should have removed Jega and utilise his executive power. People are so demented.

He's wealthy so he decided to use it. Obi that claimed to be reacher than US president can as well use it but for obvious reasons he won't so as to continue pretending as Saint

DSS are misbehaving...yes emefiele did wrong but he should be accorded all the respect the law gives suspects on trial..if court grant him bail ..they should allow him to sort himself out ..and if he fails to met bail conditions..he should be remanded in prison not in dss headquarters..APC and thier goons have reduced our hallowed DSS to president personal servants ...is too bad
The same man that disobey the highest court in the twice??

Mind you, the unmentioned bullion van politician we're talking about hadn't had any known source of income for years before the bullion van incident!

MR. Obi on the other hand is obviously a very decent human being, and the most modest public official EVER to rise to high level in Nigerian politics. His frugality with public funds is legendary, and his insistence on cost cutting made him a pariah among I-chop-you-chop godfathers of Anambra politics. So you can spew propaganda as you wish, people can sense decency in a person, likewise they can sense a thief!
