The bolded are some of the reasons Nigeria has failed to grow , you think UK and USA give you aids for free without collecting it's equivalent in million folds through the backdoor ?

Do you know that both Countries own the Multinational oil Companies ravaging and exploring crude oil from Nigeria? If only you know how much they make from Nigeria daily , you wouldn't be saying this ,, they can drill 5000 barrels from an oil well and NNPC officials representing Nigeria will write 3000 barrels after collecting bribe , they collect crude for most of the crude oil contracts they execute in Nigeria . Even the one Nigeria get after exploration is taken to their refineries abroad , where they refine it and sell again to Nigeria at inflated rates ....

Those Western Countries and the US are happy and praying we remain poor and underdeveloped so we can be relying on their aids while allowing them ravage our Natural resources ....

You haven't asked how they can bring in trillion dollar worth of equipments and machineries for oil exploration but can't lobby to partake in the running of our moribund Refineries so we can be refining our crude in the country instead of importing fuel ...
