I guessing you are a very healthy man or woman, you have never had to need a medical treatment in your whole hopeless life. Someone kept in one particular restricted place for more than 12 months will develop ailment, also the fact he gets older every day means he would need medical attention or develop ailments, the same thing with every body, the older we get the more we develop ailments.

He also may have had this ailment before he was held for no reason.

And unlike your hopeless self some people go for health checks atleast every 6 months. I am sure there is an ailment you may have that you don't even recognise now until you are kept in one restricted place then you would notice you have this ailment or the ailment would start developing.
