I would also be very weary of any baked goods with such shelf life without getting spoilt.

You might want to dig more & if you are not satisfied, ditch it and look for another brand.

Sincerely I have been asking the same question. The shelf life is too long for normal bread. I have decided to stop having that bread after seeing your concerns.

I used to work there(yale 9, at the back of vital foods). It's 100 percent healthy. Hands don't truly touch them. The production process is fully mechanised.
