I keep hearing 'if you're posted to ... ministry; if you're posted to ... ministry.' These distinguished comedians have complained about the non-attachment of portfolios in the past. They have the power to compel the president to attach the portfolios. Why didn't they? We do the same thing over and over and expect different results. |
