The funds are still intact and as things stand the Russian angle was impeded because in Trump BIAFRA had a strong ally, even Biden, but conditions for support are too disgusting. After the Israeli capital was moved to Tel Aviv by Trump, the next agenda was declaration and recognition of BIAFRA. Events overtook that event and as at now all options are open.

Countries are ready to support..and concessions are being packaged. Just watch.
