Subsidy is gone for good and will NEVER come back.

Measures that'll cushion the effect is already on the way.

This scanty protest isn't a necessity.

For how long, it's 2months plus now..
So there was no proper plan in place to reduce the effect at least before removing the subsidy?
Well thank God I can feed even if it's 5x daily..I just feel for those going through pain this period

Do the Northerners want to overthrown a Southern president? Let only Kano protest, everyone must learn a lesson. During Endsars, they stood with terrorist Buhari. Lols.

Kano Gida

I wonder why all the state with big IGR like Ogun, Osun and now Kano are doing protest due to hard life they experience in less than two months of fuel subsidy removal why the less IGR states like Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Plateau etc are not doing any protest.
Does it mean that the governors of those big IGR are pocketing the IGR and leaving the masses in penury why the less IGR states government officials are allowing the little IGR to go round to the masses which has made them not to be protesting?

You can't over tax the people in bid to claim big IGR and leave them with nothing.
you know nothing about economy then. Is it big IGR that will bring down the price of fuel nor prices of other basic commodities? Stop being myopic OK 👍?

This one no be protest na. This is just dress rehearsal. By the time the real hunger induced protests start, even a combination of police, civil defense and military won't contain it.

Make Tinubu just dey zuzu, his eyes go soon clear!
You better go and look for something to do with your life instead of ranting online. People are already warming up to take the advantage of the packages on the broadcast yesterday either to start farming or other methods

As for me, I am not protesting. If Buhari was in charge, Kano will never have joined a protest of such nature.
This is about the their hate and rejection of second class muslims like the southerner in charge.

Exactly I wonder why I'm seeing and Igbo name there. Na so igbos were reluctant to join the end sars. They called us unpatriotic when igbos joined all blame ended on them and ipob. I won't join any yeye protest until labour show me one single protest they did when buhari a northeener was president

Looks like the JAF, ASCAB, and CORE have teamed up to protest against the hardships caused by the Tinubu government's policies. They're determined to fight for fairer fuel prices and an end to anti-poor measures. Let's see how their mass action unfolds! 🚀🗣️✊

You mean Ajero and his friends who are out of Nigeria when Emefiele induced hardship is killing Nigerians. They have now discover a new love for the masses. Are they saying there won’t be hardship if Obi their candidate who is a Magician is the President ?

You claim you are protesting because government has not introduced palliatives to reduce the hardship created by subsidy removal. Almost all states in the country are already dolling out some form of palliatives to the citizens yet you are insisting on creating commotion. DSS should please take note of their potential clients.

In much tinubu is drug baron and imposter let he remain as president unless Peter obi takes over, imagine this guys protesting in kano state, over what?if buhari was still in power this guys will rather die with hunger than protest against Buhari's bad policies ,na god go punish them

What freaking measures? You guys the delusions you guys have is so annoying. Nigerians are suffering rhe FG is broke forget all the lies. For how long can the palliatives last? Dangote Refinery will not be ready until 2025 that date is even unlikely, so till then we will still import and Tinubu's government is still not sincere about modular Refinery operations or even revamping the moribund refineries. So right now we are in for a rough ride.

It is because the state with the so called big IGR you mentioned are not used to suffering hence the protests while the states with small IGR you mentioned are already used to suffering.

That is a big lie. Those big states especially Lagos over tax people especially with multiple taxation. Come and see the army of jobless young men in the streets of Lagos then you would understand.

The North has started, its still IPOB and obidients.

When are we Yoruba Muslims ever going to have sense? angry

IPOB and their friends are trying to destroy the east. They are also trying to use another format to extend the destruction to other parts of the country. Any way, which ever way they try, they will fail in their attempt to destroy Nigeria.

For the first time kano people are protesting. This might lead to insurrection if Tinubu isn't careful. Another coup is happening in sierra leon rt nw

Does that coup gives you hope? For those of you born in 2000's, military government is the worst you can ever see especially in Africa. After taking power illegally just like in Niger, they would give exciting reasons why they had to do so to save the country but in a year or two, you will soon realized they are just armed robbers in power busy looting the country to bome without anyone having mouth to condemn them. Just wait until Niger people started doing Japa rush enter Nigeria in a year or two
