*Hon. Ibrahim Masari, The Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR on Political Matters has assured Nigerians of the commitment of Mr. President towards promoting inclusive and accountable governance to achieve long-term political stability in Nigeria.*


Hon. Masari stated that the stability of Nigeria is a multifaceted task that requires continuous effort, commitment, and the involvement of all stakeholders, hence Mr. President is committed to addressing the root causes of Nigeria's instability.


Hon. Masari eulogised President Tinubu for demonstrating a sense of nationalism and patriotism by ensuring that the appointment of Ministers of the federation, heads of security agencies among others reflects Nigeria's federal Character by giving all geopolitical zones, ethnic groups adequate representation in the political process.


Hon. Ibrahim Masari reiterated that President Tinubu has taken steps to implement policies that will address social, economic, and political challenges, promotes inclusive economic policies that address poverty, unemployment, and unequal wealth distribution while ensuring government responsiveness to the demands of the people through affirmative action programs, quotas, and policies that promote political representation and participation.



He reinstated that Mr. President is committed to strengthening democratic institutions by focusing on building strong democratic institutions such as the electoral commission, judiciary, and legislative bodies. He further averred that President Tinubu will continue to encourage dialogue and consensus-building among political actors, parties and has continued to show commitment towards promoting peaceful resolutions to conflicts and encouraging cooperation to address common challenges.
