There may be many reasons why your marketing isn't working but these three are the things you shouldn't overlook at all.

They are:

1. You are selling to the wrong people

2. Nobody wants what you are selling

3. Your marketing campaign is not compelling

Now let's take them one by one

1. You are selling to the wrong people:

When I see many people complaining that their marketing isn't working what I tell asked them

Who are they selling to?

Sometimes people are just selling to the wrong person who doesn't need the products or services

Or even don't what you are selling

So no matter how hard you try you won't make a sale.

Imagine you are selling a diaper to grandma… to do what, please?

That is why many are wasting huge amounts of money on marketing that is not working.

Another misconception is when business owners believe they can sell to everyone…

Is that possible?

It isn't and if you try it…

You will be wasting a lot of money on marketing.

If you want to sell anything…

Ask yourself if you are selling to the right person.

You can't sell car gasoline to someone who is using a bicycle…

You can't sell a private jet to someone who is making $10,000 per Year.

Note this selling to the wrong people doesn't mean they don't want the products but…

If they don't have the money to buy it, yes they are still the wrong people…

If they want your product they must be willing to buy it and also have the money to buy it.

Understand what you are selling and who you are selling to, and picture them with their lifestyle.

2. Nobody wants what you are selling.

That is another problem you may be facing when you have done all the work from manufacturing to packing…

And if it is digital products, from writing thousands of words, or recording hours of videos.

But you market it yet no one is buying it.

One thing you are supposed to ask yourself is, do people want this product or service?

Do they desire it?

If your answer is No?

Then there is a problem

And that is why it is great to do marketing research before you produce anything, even if possible you can do a presale…

Where people can order your product before the launch dates…

If many people preorder it means there is a huge market for it …

And you will start processing how to give them the best value.

But if the response to the presale is low then you will know there isn't much market for it…

And you will save your energy for another thing.

The best thing to do here is to look for customers before you produce anything and then give them the product.

3. Your marketing campaign is not compelling.

Your whole marketing will flop if your marketing campaigns aren't compelling

Even If you have the right people to sell to and you have the right products to sell to them.

After you have gotten the first two on the ground the next thing is to build a very compelling marketing campaign around it…

If you can do it, hire someone to help you with it.

And I will advise you to use a direct response marketing approach to it.

If you don't know what it means, it means marketing where you will ask people to do something during your marketing… and they will do it.

This may include buying your products

Giving you their emails and names

Booking a consultation call with you.

That is how can make the whole marketing work

And when people see your campaign, they must say to themselves that "I need to know more about this product…"

If your campaign isn't making them behave like this then you have to change something about it.

Note this you can't control what people want or how much they have to buy the product but

You can control how you do your marketing campaigns

Stay profitable
