Isn't new! I was wondering why they removed the function after demoing it for over a year In the Beta version a few years back!!!

And that's a problem. We need WhatsApp to remain social and not used by companies to chase their employees about on deliverables. Even if WhatsApp should support business, it should support only social-powered businesses alone like home services, beauty products, etc
