A Nigerian Lawmaker is no means broke or poor.

Keke is for the poor, it's Kekenap (NAP) Poverty Alliviation Programme.

There are big Cities in Nigeria that the Government will not allow Keke to ply. Eg; There are some routes in PH that Keke can not enter.

You can not see Keke in PH GRA, Inside Odili Road Estate, Most Towns, Old And New GRA, Garrison, Aba Road, Ikwere road, Government House axis and lots more.

As much as I see barring him to enter the complex is a joke taken too far, I believe the man is just acting a script.
