I never thought for once that there is someone who have this type of behavior. I can be very quiet I only talk when there is something to say and I hardly start up a conversation unless is very necessary like being alone with some makes me to start a conversation even tho I don't feel like doing it. I prefer to stay alone most times. I usually take time out by just walking on the road without destination. I do most things well but this silence issue is eating me up because sometimes there is miscommunication because of silence.
How did you balance you silence or is it OK to be totally silent?

Fast within 14 hours window, and eat within 10 hours window of the 24 hours in a day. Then, you can eat almost anything ( within reason) within your 10 hours of eating. Try to sleep early. If you do, you may not need more than 3-4 hours of sleep.

I easily get angry more especially with people that cant control their mouth, secondly I don't tolerate people for too long, any bad characterd ,toxic and jealous person etc. Can't last long with me. Some people say is a bad habit that I should stop it. But that's just me, my sanity is very important to me. Lastly I hardly trust people.
