Good day everyone, we are looking for young individuals who are farm enthusiast, who are able to work in a team and can also work individually in completing a simple farm task.

Accommodation is available in a shared apartment with electricity and running water.

**We provide feeding, twice daily.**

Job description include but not limited to;
Planting, transplanting, harvesting, usage of light machineries in tilling, making ridges and spraying chemicals in controlling pest and weeds as well as livestock/bird care.

Smart workers will be included among our marketing team with additional incentives provided.

Overall, we are building a community of young, smart, vibrant individuals who are willing to work together to achieve a common goal in modern agriculture and crop production.

Minimum age is 18years with minimum of O-level qualification and ability to communicate in English language.
Maximum age should not be more than 25yrs with any post secondary school education.

Starting salary is 15k subject to review after 4 months.

Oyo state... If we are paying 30k, we might have to reduce the workers to 2 and the work might be much considering other incentives made available. Perhaps we should go back to our drawing board.

Going back to your drawing board helps, I don't know what the average pay for farm hands is in Oyo state, you might want to find out and tailor accordingly. Good luck sir!
