Hey be nice, guessing you have never made such mistake before hence your trying to throw digs at him.

If the money is not big,I would advice you forget about it,but if it's huge,your first point of visit should be to the person's bank to lay complain,then to the court

I think I'll forget about it, cause after all the whole process I'll be left with less than 5k.
It's 10k, I'd still have to get court order and some other stuffs
