Nigerians know how to abuse things. CBN should sanction banks that give out customers bvn to unknown third parties. They should sanction these loan apps for sending unsolicited messages to their customers contacts if they refuse to pay.
Lastly Nigerians are terrible when it comes to paying back loans.
