please anybody with an idea on how to use latex program for writing project in mathematics? my project supervisor requested 4 it.

I haven't used it yet but I'm thinking of using it for some future projects.

Texlive (http://www.tug.org/texlive/) is the distribution of Latex I use. Download it and install.

Really nice way to produce high-quality documents/PDFs. If you are a mathematician, it is what (almost) everyone in your field uses to write up their work. So very much worth learning.
