However, with the evidence supplied, and if that evidence is true, then it's incontrovertible that we have a much larger issue on our plate than who desecrates more/most. Clearly there are several cases going unreported, or they're reported and completely dismissed. I would assume the unreported and/or dismissed cases would take priority.
