I think you should focus more on educating your Muslim kids to make them industry professionals that can compete internationally. Right now the Christians are more accomplished academically than Muslims.

Build more standard Muslim primary and secondary schools for your kids. Give out scholarships to kids that can afford education fees. Then you'll be able to create Muslim professionals that can compete with even the white man.
