People who goes to restaurants around Nigeria have been complaining bitterly how restaurant workers are pouring saliva into their food while serving them due to the restaurant workers talking or discussing with other restaurants workers while putting food for the customers: sometimes this restaurant workers will be putting food for customers and at the same time shouting and discussing loudly, therefore allowing their saliva to pour on the customers food; most customers find this irritating and annoying but could not voice out their anger and concerns due to them been hungry and need to eat immediately, some do not want to be see as trouble maker, while some do not want to waste their money if they decide to pay for the food and not eat it due to the saliva pouring out on their food and some customers will be angry but will decide to ignore the saliva pouring and sometimes complain to the restaurant workers and their manager.

When I talk about restaurant I mean various places you can buy cooked food to eat: food like cooked rice, soups and fufu, cooked beans, snacks and other cooked food; food selling places like mama put, fast food, road side food sellers, shop restaurant, hotel restaurant, ice-cream vendor and other places were cooked food are sold.

Some restaurants abroad adopt this method of workers putting facemask or mouth mask for the sake of hygienic practing, preventing of saliva pouring into customers food, and in order to serve customers professional.

Nigerian restaurants should also adopt this healthy method of serving food to their customers and prevent customers from been worried whenever they enter restaurants to eat, fearing another saliva pouring into their food from restaurants workers.

Restaurants managers should warn their workers to treat customers food with respect and not talk while serving any customer food except the customer ask question or talked to the worker: it wrong that restaurant workers will be discussing and shouting on the food been served to customers: customers will be angry when they see restaurant workers talking on their food and not all customers would want to speak their anger out and only few customers would tell the restaurant worker to stop pouring saliva on their food.

This saliva pouring into customers food is not the only thing that irritate customers: customers also complains how most restaurant workers uses their bear hands to put food for customers, dirty and uuntidy restaurant, cooking in unhealthy place, restaurant workers wearing dirty clothes and looking unkempt, using dirty and polluted water to cook restaurant food, keeping dog and cat in restaurant, not all restaurant customers are cat and dog friendly and this cat and dog sometimes put their mouths into the food been cooked for customers and others things which irritate restaurant customers.

Unhealthy food is the caused of 35% of sicknesses and diseases among Nigerians in Nigeria.
