Snail does not remain slimy after washing it thoroughly. It's very crunchy. It's the water inside that is slimy.

What is slimy that I don't like is fresh catfish. Can't eat it inside okra soup.

Use dry garri to “wash” your fresh fish and washing the fish with water.
