As for your question. Well the price of these items varies from location to location and so it will not be advisable to use Ibadan price to compare with Uyo.

However there are peculiar questions that I can help you ask and answer. Things like, what's the type of granite we use and they're sizes. I can give you that depending on the use you want to use it for when you begin your project.

As for sand we have various types which are for various uses too on site.
- Sharp sand (Mainly for construction)
- Filling sand
- Laterite/Red sand
- Plaster sand

They are used for various reasons too on site.

The tonnage of sand and granite comes in the following, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 Tons respectively.

Again, your requirement determines the tonnage to go for.

Yes that's our target

We have started our roof gutter construction.

We ain't doing our regular parapet for this project because we are using a hidden roof design which is not flat hidden roof that us common.

We have had a productive day today and we have made really good progress
'What we have to do here is tasking, but we are up for it".
