I have personally met a retired US Marine who is 78 yrs old and can still do a 8 mile lap. 78yrs! He was even complaining of loosing form. My point is that Nigerian senior military officers hardly exercise until they are required to, coupled with lifestyle which tends to clog their arteries with triglycerides and or collesterol. They're so lazy! But my condolences to the family of the bereaved.
