Not sure where you got this from about 25% in Abuja being a requirement for a rerun as it's not in the Nigerian constitution.

To clarify, you are suggesting if we have three candidates and the first two won 18 states each but didn't get 25% in FCT and the third placed won and got the 25% in Abuja, are you suggesting that the 3rd placed cabdudate would be the only one in the rerun and declared the winner?

At least two of the ground of petition results are already known. The INEC has right to transmit manually. Court judgements have stated this. Secondly, at least a court has pronounced that there was no double nomination for Shetima. Thirdly, courts have affirmed in the past that Abuja should be treated like a State in Nigeria. It does not have special status with regards to election, because it is against principle of democracy to do so. The citizens in Abuja have not got two heads. Tinubu so called drug money forfeiture is a complete non- issue. Even the petition lawyers know that. It is like flogging a dead horse. Tinubu certificates have been affirmed by his university. I don’t know anywhere the judges can pick holes in the petition defence.
