There is no doubt, failing justice failing state. If the law is not enforced chaos and anarchy are taking over, the uniforms are fooling the people, governors enrich themselves, society develops back to the caveman, lights black out, roads disappear in the mud, schools become social gatherings, and Darwin's law governs the daily life.

Do you believe in our juridical system? Do you believe that you, your family and your goods are protected by our law enforcement institutions?

51 years of independence have shown our capability and capacity of law enforcement, the base of any society, the base of progress and development, is our juridical system efficient, credible, trustworthy, accepted, respected?

Would you accept a verdict of a supreme court assembled with unbiased, trustworthy, independent international judges: a south african and a north african, a christian and a muslim, an european and an asian, ,
