A professional wrestler and former World Wrestling Entertainment, WWE champion, Windham Rotunda, popularly known as Bray Wyatt, is dead.

According to the company, the wrestler died on Thursday at the age of 36.

The company made the announcement via a post on its verified Facebook page on Friday morning.

The post reads, β€œWWE is saddened to learn that Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 24, at age 36.

β€œWWE extends its condolences to Rotunda’s family, friends and fans”.

Although the company failed to reveal details of the unfortunate incident, it was gathered that the wrestler died due to heart attack.

First it was Luke Harper of the Wyatt family, now their leader, Bray Wyatt. Seems odd because Wyatt always talks about the afterlife and death when cutting his promo on WWE. It's safe to say the words of our mouth are powerful. Let's all learn to use it wisely. RIP to one of the greatest WWE Superstar of all time. My favourite match of his was when he beat John Cena for the WWE championship.
