Former President Buhari did a lot in Infrastructural Developments in Nigeria- Roads,Rail,etc,we don blame him on this,but he performed woefully - on the Economy because he didn't understand today's Economic Parameters and those Ministers he so much trusted were total failures,as the President was so relied on them that he couldn't even Sack them for Non- Performance!
You should know the difference,if you are learned enough, so we difrentiate between Sector by Sector Economic Performances,so if you don't understand this,just waka pass!

What am I even saying sef, apart from Abuja and Lagos, are there other states that build sidewalks on their local roads??

Yes, many other state do it. All roads in portharcourt are built with sidewalks, even some street roads too.
