Qualification and Requirements:
i. (Vehicle Inspector- FCT, Ogun, Rivers, Benue and Oyo States) OND Mechanical Engineer, Automobile Engineer or relevant qualification
ii. Should have at least 2 years driving experience and a valid driver’s license
iii. Good team spirit.
iv. Must be proactive.
v. Good Communication Skill.
vi. Interpersonal relationship.
vii. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
viii. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Job Description for Vehicle Inspectors:
i. Safely operate inspection equipment with diligence
ii. Timely inspection of clients vehicles daily
iii. Ensure all inspection procedures are applied to clients irrespective of their affiliate and status.
iv. Inspect vehicles and ensure total compliance to inspection procedures.

Qualification and Requirements for Accountants:
i. B.Sc or HND in Accountancy
ii. Postgraduate and professional certificate in the Accounts field will be an added advantage
iii. Should have at least 2 years relevant work experience

Job Description:
a. Disbursement of staff salaries and wages, remittance of statutory and non-statutory deductions to the appropriate authorities.
b. Raising of relevant vouchers for payment and posting to relevant books.
c. Postings of all vouchers into the Accounting software
d. Preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements
e. Disbursement of funds after due approval by the appropriate authority.
f. Bank Reconciliation of all company accounts
g. Reconciliation of sales of products and services.
h. Sourcing of funds for projects
i. Liaising with other subsidiaries as it concerns accounting issues
j. Interfacing with the Banks for relationship management and smooth running of financial transactions.
k. Keeps management well informed of status of the company accounts to plan/budget
l. Ensures the Company is getting what it should from all payment platforms
m. Performs Center checks and balances on remitted inflows

Qualification and Requirements for Auditor:
i. B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ii. Professional Certificate will be an added advantage.
iii. Analytical skills: the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify patterns, and assess the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
iv. Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication to gather information, explain audit findings, and provide recommendations.
v. Ethical and professional integrity: high ethical standards and integrity to maintain independence, objectivity, and confidentiality.
vi. Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail is necessary to detect errors, irregularities, and potential risks.
vii. Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards: a thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
viii. IT skills: Familiarity with information systems. Knowledge of data analytics, and technology tools used in the auditing process will be an advantage.
Job description for Auditor:
i. Evaluate Management action plan for the current year
ii. Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
iii. Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
iv. Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
v. Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
vi. Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
vii. Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
viii. Prepare and present Audit plan of the coming year
ix. Vet all monthly budgets and requests for fund
x. Follow up with approvals for the acquisition of additional assets and operational equipment
xi. Check periodic inventory report
xii. Conduct quarterly Audit visits to states and subsidiaries
xiii. Maintain daily audit files
xiv. Perform other duties assigned or requested by the Group Managing Director/Management.
