hellooo guy plzz i need anyones help in here i have a (host) website if i login into the Cpanel and go too my webmail it will open but the pros i have is, if i send a mail from my webmail to yahoo or anyother box it will not go too the inbox, it gos in bulk, plzz guy i need ur help, thanks,  |

Bros,there is no cause for alarm,What is happening is that Yahoo and MSN automatically redirect mails from most linux based hosting servers such as yours to bulk mail.I experience this with most of my Linux based hosting accounts however my windows based hosts gets its mail delivered into the inbox. Relax and next time shop for a host that delivers its mail into the inbox of popular mail servers such as Yahoo ,gmail and msn. |

It depends on the mail format or whether the mail server hosting your account is been listed in any RBL list or not. Almost all our mails are delivered in the mailbox, but some are delivered in bulks too, when they do not conform to the proper email format, i.e they are marked as spam by the spam softwares run by Yahoo or MSN. If your business relies primarily on email deliveries, you could always use yahoo domainkeys and apply for permanent white listing, besides using a standard format for all your mails.
