What happens when you see that person for the first time?
Your eye dilates.
Your heart beats a little faster.
They both seem to have noticed something.
This has got to be good.
You take a closer look.
“Wow so that’s who.”
The skin, the body, the dress.
She looks beautiful.

It has been a while you’ve felt this awed.
It’s another girl you appear to be attracted to.
But it feels a little different this time.
What’s going on?
“I want to get to know her.”
“How do I do that?”
Various answers rush through your head, your mind has gotten involved.
All three organs would not let you rest.

At the very least you need to get her attention.
A quick glance at you would do.
She looks at you, almost seemed like she was listening to your thoughts.
“Jeez, shouldn’t I have stared back like that?”
But a win is a win.
Those organs have been satisfied.
They finally give it a rest.
They’ve done their part, its left to you now to worry.

Time flies faster when you’re focused on just one thing or this case, person.
And you notice it.
“When would I see her again? Would I even ever see her again?”
You want that second interaction.
Maybe this time a conversation.
You pray you’ll get another chance.
But the day is running to an end.
You try another quick glance, Bleep, she’s already leaving.
Your trial has expired.
Maybe the stars would align again for you.
To get a better opportunity to interact with her.
But for now, it is time to call it a day.
