Dear Obi supporters, can any of you explain the above inconsistencies? Was the Judgement given by the Election petition tribunal or the Court of Appeal? Can we get a link from a credible platform?

I knew it was a fake news. I just want to draw the attention of the OP and other Obi supporters to the inconsistency in the news. Delta State Election petition tribunal has not even given judgement. Appeal Court only ruled that the LP candidate has the right to challenge the result of Delta state election at the tribunal. The appeal court judgement is what they are misinterpreting to mean Labour Party has won Delta state.

It's not true.

He filed for à review of the governorship election at the Delta State Tribunal but his case was kicked out on the ground of technicalities, etc.

Unrelenting, he appealed the outcome of the Delta State Tribunal at the Appeal Court Abuja where the judge disagreed with the judgement of the Delta State Tribunal hence making him qualified for the Tribunal hearing.

So he is going into the Tribunal to finish fight and hopeful regain his mandate if he has a chance though.
